Today (25 Dec 2023), the Royal Gazette website published the Ministry of Public Health's announcement on posting or informing persons protected by law about the prohibition of selling kratom leaves or food according to the Food Act that contains kratom leaves as an ingredient or component B.E. 2023, signed by Dr. Cholanat Srikaew, Minister of Public Health on 8 Dec 2023.
